 Services

I offer a range of trauma-informed therapeutic services for adults seeking meaningful change, emotional insight, and deeper connection with themselves and the world around them. Rooted in integrative, creative, and mindful approaches, these services support emotional regulation, self-expression, and psychological growth.

Online

Individual Therapy

A personalized space for emotional exploration and self-discovery.

In one-on-one sessions, we focus on your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Drawing from art therapy, somatic and mindfulness practices, and spiritually integrative approaches, I support you in exploring your inner landscape—gently and at your own pace. You do not need to be “good at art” to benefit; the process is what matters.

Sessions may support:

  • Processing trauma, grief, anxiety, or overwhelm

  • Shifting limiting beliefs and behavior patterns

  • Navigating life transitions and questions of meaning

  • Reconnecting with creativity, inner wisdom, and resilience

Why online therapy?

The ability to connect online allows many individuals to receive the psychotherapy quickly, from the comfort of home.

And added bonus is the ability to connect over long distances, saving travel time.

Workshops

Group Therapy

A shared space for expression, connection, and insight.

These small group sessions or thematic workshops offer opportunities for participants to explore personal themes through art-making, reflection, and group process. Group work can foster a sense of belonging and deepen awareness through witnessing others and being witnessed.

Offered periodically, in-person or online, and may focus on topics such as:

  • Creativity and emotional expression

  • Inner child and self-compassion

  • Nature-based or seasonal themes

  • Trauma-informed expressive arts

No art experience is necessary. All materials are provided.

These immersive sound sessions are designed to support emotional regulation, deep rest, and reconnection with the body. Drawing on a diverse collection of instruments—including gong, handpan, flute, kora, and crystal bowls—I create intentional, layered soundscapes that guide participants through a carefully sequenced auditory journey.

Each session invites the nervous system into a state of calm and receptivity through vibration, rhythm, and resonance. More than a passive experience, these sound journeys offer space for quiet reflection, inner awareness, and integration—making them a supportive complement to psychotherapy and wellness practices.

Sessions are typically one hour and can be offered individually or in small group settings.

Please note: These sound-based experiences are not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.

Accessibility

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone. That’s why I offer a sliding scale for individual psychotherapy sessions, based on your current financial situation.

I'm also a registered practitioner with the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, a nonprofit network that connects clients with affordable mental health services. You are welcome to connect with me through that platform if it better suits your needs.

Additional Offerings

In addition to psychotherapy, I am available for corporate or group bookings, including:

  • Sound baths for relaxation, team well-being, or retreat settings

  • Creative workshops for staff development, wellness initiatives, or community events

To inquire about availability or customize a group offering, please get in touch.
